The first day of our fourth consortium meeting was dedicated to discussing the final preparations of the LION-RCT trial at each site and share the experiences of the first center (UMCU) that has started inclusions. All sites with collaborate closely during the trial and we discussed potential communication strategies to jointly tackle potential issues and questions that may come up. In addition, we presented our approach for the sensor-based substudy and our statistical analysis plan.
On the second day we delved into the LION-ELSI and LION-COM study plans. In these studies, we will investigate barriers and facilitators for live-remote exercise for cancer survivors, considering social and legal aspects, as well as communication standards. The first focus groups of these studies have already started!
Please see the substudies section on the website for more information and the contact information on these studies.
