PREFERABLE II consists of three different sub-studies:

• LION-RCT aims to demonstrate the (cost-)effectiveness of a live-remote module-based exercise intervention for cancer survivors.
• LION-ELSI aims to reveal barriers and facilitators of live-remote supervised exercise by using ethical, legal and social impact factors.
• LION-COM aims to create communication standards and an education module for healthcare professionals to support future implementation of exercise programs.
